Milan, 27 May 2010 - Motorola today announced MotoEvolution Italy, an operation that involves the entire national territory. Motorola promotes the recovery of old mobile phones and replacing it with its flagship smartphone: Milestone, Backflip and Dext.
100 Euro discount immediately at all points of sale (until 4 July 2010), just hand over your phone that you do not use anymore. The idea is simple and immediate benefit: the old cell will be recovered and the customer will be able to switch to a Motorola smartphone and a more evolved form of mobile communication.

I checked, you can take any phone and choose between those three (milestone, dext, backflip) ... just that there is a list of shops (shops and everyway being only motorola price is 499 less 100 which is 399 . The milestone, though, is 380 with shipping online, so it's not all st'affare ...)
