The All Schools Programme has been implemented into both curriculum and extracurricular lessons in the Howden PE department since September 2014. Both boys and girls have benefited from the extra coaching provided from the RFU and this has made a substantial increase in the number of students now involved within a school team.
Jordan was one of one hundred bedroom decorating ideas secondary school students who lined England and Italy s route into Twickenham Stadium for the RBS 6 Nations game, as they unveiled their bespoke Canterbury rugby shirts.
Jordan had been part of a group of Howden School students who took part in the Canterbury kit design workshop to design their own team rugby shirt while learning about the core values of rugby, the pride associated with the shirt and the importance of colours, logos and emblems. Jordan whose name was chosen bedroom decorating ideas from a random draw in the school got to wear the new Team Howden bedroom decorating ideas rugby shirt on the Twickenham pitch.
From 2012 rugby is being taken into 750 state secondary schools bedroom decorating ideas with the aim of making school life happier and healthier, reducing anti-social behaviour, enhancing learning and increasing self-esteem for students. In partnership with the Rugby Football Foundation we will create a positive legacy for 1 million children through rugby and its core values.
